Kathryn Louis is a personal chef and food writer. Orginally from Houston, Texas she came to New Orleans with a college tour and instantly fell in love with the city. Deep rooted in Creole cuisine, with her family being from Loreauville and St. Martinville, LA; Kathryn knows Southern and Louisiana cuisine. However, her passion for cooking, exploring and creating does not stop there.
